Olympia, WA//August 2015.

Reason for forming:
Jake and Josh wanted to play raw mangled d-beat and there was a severe shortage of that in Olympia.

What are your lyrics about?
Being militant about yr beliefs as a Middle Eastern punk. Bringing light to horrendous war crimes committed against Middle Easterners every day.

How would you describe your sound?
Raw mangled disbeat.

What’s in the future for this band?
New 7″ that is more mangeled//militant and chaotic than the demo. Hopefully an east coast tour later this year.

THICK SKULL

Date & location formed:
Victoria BC, January 2015.

Reason for forming:
Stave off existential boredom.

What are your lyrics about?
heard somewhere that art should disturb the comfortable and comfort the disturbed. That is what I aspire to in my lyrical content.

How would you describe your sound?
We started as a crust band. While we still draw a lot of influence from metal our songs are arranged in a way that borrows more from hardcore than from punk.

What’s in the future for this band?
We just released two songs off our new album, Soft Spine, and the rest are coming out in April.
