A highly political release, but sadly missing a lyric sheet. Contains some reworkings of their debut EP, as well as lots of new material. While ample competent, there’s something a bit lacking in the overall sound — perhaps a thin mix. Otherwise strong but unimaginative thrash.
POTENTIAL THREAT’s second release continues the aggressive thrash-paced mayhem with good female vocals. Storming music that is nice and fast, well-approached with strong lyric structure and verses. POTENTIAL THREAT is a tight outfit and should please many.
A very hard-to-find English debut. POTENTIAL THREAT are one of a new generation of British thrash bands that get ridiculed or overlooked by the “established” critics over there. Too bad! Though they’re not as intense as DISORDER or CHAOS UK, this EP contains some solid material and features a female vocalist.
