PTL Klub Nobody Cares Anymore EP
A non-stop barrage of HC thrash with some metallic riffs creeping around here and there. Really straightforward, ferocious, aggressive stuff, especially “Negative Man.”

Their hottest release yet, at least for me. Many of the six tunes are slowed down, which results in more power and greater clarity of lyrics. Really basic punk and thrash, very well done.
P.T.L. KLUB have the style down pat: fast, thrashy songs, angry vocals, committed lyrics on good topics, and very occasional guitar leads. Of course, it’s been done often before, but when it’s executed well (as it is here) the music sustains power and drive. A very good record from this Massachusetts outfit.
One of the seemingly few Boston-area bands doing out-and-out hardcore, this young combo does it right. It’s got that “Bosstown” HC sound, with all seven tunes totally ripping. Good one.
