“Eleven Parts” is an instrumental which mixes metal, punk, post-punk etc. with discordant guitar noises. The two cuts on Side B sound like a cross between BLACK FLAG and a modern speed-core act. Not bad.
Great creative punk with loans of innovation and unique twists and turns. Angry personal and political words topped with tight instrumentation. Not generic by any means.
Distinctive, nasal vocal meld with a gritty instrumental sound not unlike a cross between BLACK FLAG and traditional fast-and-loud HC. The result is unique and effective a fair proportion of the time, though consistency isn’t S.D.T.’s strong suit. Aggressive and loud.
Incredibly cool and gnarly vocals set to frantic thrash, with a unique flair. Sound quality is decent, but does take away a hit of the impact. A band to watch for.
