Grand Scheme Think Twice EP
Seven tracks of meaty, straightforward DC hardcore with heavy mosh parts and vocals that sound like John Brannon of NEGATIVE APPROACH. Songs like “Counter Culture” and “Click Buy Consume” have to get the elbows flying when played live due to mid-song tempo changes and lyrics that sweat with frustration. The whole thing is like a throwback to an early ’80s 7”, including the grainy cover art, but in a vital and energetic way rather than a nostalgic caricature.
